Based on surveys conducted with medium and large scale companies, APORTE studied a series of problems faced with the use of outside training services. According to those interviewed, the most serious problems were:

  • Training material written in languages other than Portuguese
  • Level of training very low or beyond the capacity of the participants
  • Instructors with little experience, incapable of clarifying real doubts
  • High cost courses

Aimed at solving these problems, Aporte developed a Training Line called APORTE-TRAINING®.
