Based on surveys conducted with medium and large scale companies, APORTE studied a series of problems faced with the use of outside training services. According to those interviewed, the most serious problems were:
- Training material written in languages other than Portuguese
- Level of training very low or beyond the capacity of the participants
- Instructors with little experience, incapable of clarifying real doubts
- High cost courses
Aimed at solving these problems, Aporte developed a Training Line called APORTE-TRAINING®.
The APORTE-TRAINING seminars and courses were developed with direct focus on the customer, providing benefits such as:
